Alcudia Sea Apartment, located on the third floor of a residential complex, in Port de Alcudia, Balearic Islands. (Spain) From the balcony of 14 m2 you can see the large pool of the complex, we have a tennis court.

In 60 m2 there are 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm and one with 1 bed of 1.35), kitchen with everything you need, a dining table for 4 people and a cozy living room with sofa bed, satellite TV and a bathroom with bathtub, in the bathroom you'll find the washing machine.

If you have kids, we have a crib, throne, plastic dinnerware and plastic tablecloth for safety.

Shops, restaurants and beach are just walking distance. For €3 you have a dryer at the reception of the complex.

Alcudia is the oldest city in Mallorca and was built in 123a. Chr. founded as a Roman settlement under the name of Al-Qudya. This comes from Arabic and means "the hill". With an estimated 10,000 inhabitants, most of the city lies amidst the almost-intact magnificent medieval wall of the city and its two gates to the city. Alcudia has a beautiful old town with narrow streets, numerous small shops, typical bars and restaurants. Both the central plaza of the Constitution and Plaza de Carlos V invite you to relax with their cafes outdoors. Right in the center is the nice town hall from 1523. Other attractions include the 13th-century parish church of Sant Jaume and Roman ruins with its amphitheater. Market days are Tuesdays and Sundays.

The space

A lot of vacation for a bargain price. This is what you can expect in the Alcudia Sea apartment in Alcúdia. A lot of vacation means a wide range of possibilities in and around the apartment complex. One of the highlights is certainly the gigantic pool with its large sunbathing area around it. 20 X 10 meters of water, is pure bathing fun.

The reception in the house Siesta 2 looks like a big hotel lobby, from there you can reach the Alcudia Sea apartment on the 3nd floor with the elevator. A nice and bright room is waiting for you, with a wide window front and a balcony behind it. The 65 sqm living space is cleverly used, so that everything could be accommodated in it, which should make your holiday happy. You have satelite television, a well equipped kitchen with a built-in oven and microwave, even a washing machine is available.

The apartment is intended for 3 persons. But additionally up to two children could stay on the sofa bed. The modern bright furniture and lots of light from outside, this mixture creates a relaxed holiday atmosphere in the room. In addition, the balcony with a view of the pool and the green area underlines the holiday feeling also from the outside.

But if the pool is not enough, there you go, 900 meters down the street, and you are standing at the biggest pool of Mallorca, the beach, in the bay of Alcúdia. Caribbean feeling, this is the first thought when looking at the turquoise blue water. Sunbathing, water sports activities, boat trips are the next thoughts for many.

Even for those who don't have it so with pool and sea water, there is plenty of holiday fun on site. Go-carting, ball games, shows and, and, and, and, and, everything in the vicinity and within walking distance. And just stroll down the same road to the sea in the evening and you won't recognize it. Transformed into a night market, street artists, music entertainment from the numerous restaurants and farting, here you will find plenty of experiences that also express that the apartment is in the right place from its location. As already mentioned: You can expect a lot of vacation at a reasonable price.
