It's sun sea sangria time and back to apt 507.

Spent 19 days in the land of sun, sea, and sangria—no rain, no night lightning, just endless sunshine. Over the winter, a walk-in shower was installed, and while here, a large screen TV was added, though wiring will be sorted next winter. The new shower was a joy, especially for those over 21, making things much easier. Brought along the Fire TV stick, which worked well but lacked UK iPlayer and ITV services—not that they were really needed. The TV picks up UK channels until about 5 p.m., likely due to satellite alignment.

Tried a different restaurant every day, managing to keep it up for the first two weeks, though some places deserved a second visit. Spent more time at the Red Lion, which does almost everything well—not the Ritz, but also not Ritz prices Travel to and from went smoothly with no delays. Luton has improved, with car parking sorted after the fire, and Palma continues to expand with no passport control delays.

Getting around is still a challenge, so hiring the Panda was essential for exploring. The Poppy Appeal is starting again, though it never really stopped—it’s an all-year effort. Unfortunately, it might be the last year in its current form due to a lack of helpers, so more support is needed.
