Its November.... And have now begun the grand plan for 2018. Number 1 on the list is Garden. Its now come to the end, need new, well everything. So going to start again, get a planner in, nuke it and re-build it. Should be interesting see what the planner comes up with, I want a larger patio, summer house and lots of pots. A garden you can walk thru, interesting certainly not grass and fence. Watch this space.
The office (Blackbull) closed at the end of last month sad about that, as with correct financial management i,m sure could have been saved. So now looking for new office location, the bull should re-open in the coming weeks but will it be the same. Not so sure. Update not sure if bull will reopen now, lost for good. Sob sob.
The investments are going well with my 10% target now at 12.6% for the year so well pleased with that. Always looking at new investments as all investments have a limit and the secret is to find one that has not reached that limit yet. So ditch those that have and invest in those with more to come. Another thing to do is financial plan for next year, which includes a bit of Mortgage planning, unlike most that see the need to pay off a mortgage I don't its a cheap source of money, use it, invest and make money.
Update.... November and the markets cashing in, plus brexit woes, not good for me, ouch.
Week 47 looking much better on course for 2.50% for the quarter so on target.
Weeks figures for investment...
WK 45 - 2.39%
WK 46 - 0.29%
WK 47 +2.03%
WK 48 +0.35%
Updated - Yearly 13.10% (target 10%)
Brexit now thats a new word to add to the english dictionary. What a mess, it gets me angry at all those that really just voted because of the immigration issue at the time and didn't look at the real picture and now moan. grrrr.
Trip to Gunton Hall, part of the Warner Leisure holiday hotels. Not such an impressive first impression, bit holiday campish, but on the plus side the drive was an easy 91 miles just under 2 hours.
Nice grounds with a fish stocked pond, so good for you anglers, to walk round, and just a 15 minute walk to the beach. Must admit the place is growing on me, close to Southwold as well.

The entertainment.
Friday Dead ringer for love - Meatloaf. Excellent all the old songs.all the right notes in all the right places brilliant.
Saturday Tim Sadler (Saxaphone) 1.5 hours of chill + Westrock ermm only way to describe Rubbish.
Sunday She will Rock you. Saved the best till last, lots of Queen, Tina Turner and Meatloaf.
Monday Home

Looking back a year, wow what a difference a year makes, rather doom and gloom this time last year but now have risen from the depths and back to normal if there is such a thing.
Colin... Parish Councillor.... Life sorter and generally a good guy, well in my opinion.
