Its February, its cold. best thing is that it is a short month.... And what a start on the markets very bearish, in fact so far the worse weeks since I started, will it end, well of course it will but hopefully soon.

The markets continue to be bearish all month, not the best start to the year.

Week 6 -5.25%

Week 7 -1.82%

Week 8 +1.35%

So this year -7.40% not a good start.

These days being more than 21, tend to say my bit, if someone asks me what do you think I will tell them. Its odd not all want a truthful answer, well on my part anyway. Not to say the rest of the world would disagree. But its my view so please except it for what it is.....

The office seems to have found its new home at the Chequers, have been back to the Greyhound after its re-furb and whilst very clean and tidy and neat which it is, still needs to get its soul back, it needs some lived in atmosphere. But on the good side does have new tenants that I'm sure will take it forward. I do hope so....

The stamp collection which has been neglected over the past few years is back, now currently updating my records, and updating with missed supplements the stamp books which have now risen to 9... Stamp collecting is now not a cheap hobby if you want it to be housed in a Stanley Gibbons Windsor stamp album.

Each folder is £40 the yearly supplements are up to £40 plus stamps which can be £150 plus per year.

It all adds up to £200 plus, and a good local stamp dealer is also required.

Its the last day of February and we have snow, the beast from the east has arrived....
