Its supposed to be spring, but nobody told nature that...

A very chilly start to month.. A very chilly start down to -6 plus the beast from the east arrives and goes, leaving the first real snow of the season, but it came it went. The blast from the west was next followed by a mini beast from the east.

The daffodils are out, so spring is just around the corner, plus the great garden design begins, its all going, planning stage at the moment, details here when get them.

Off on our first break this month and its Isle of Wight, havn't been there since was very small cannot remember much if any, just remember the needles, collecting sand, Westcliffe and a small Hotel whose owners where friends with Mum and Dad.

Well I arrived and really just the same as Majorca, its an island just the same, it has sun, well it has between 16:00 and 16:05 rest of the time its there just hidden behind the grey sky and even greyer clouds, oh and the mist. It has sea, if you can see it beyond the mist. So really just the same, especially this weekend, wet wet wet in Alcudia.

On the did you know side. The island has a train service part electric and part steam, The steam rail way covers 5 miles Wotton to Smallbrooke using both a variety of locomotives and coaches and travels through the unspoilt country side.... All staffed by volunteers'

Plus also an electric train service via the London Underground? Old 1940's locomotives and carriages have been refurbed and back in service, so if you travelled the central line you can again.

Its quarter end for investment arm, and not an profitable one..... Losses most weeks will it end, soon I hope.

Also its Parish election time, so I'm going for it again, as just beginning to get feet under the table after learning the ropes over the past 3 years. So papers to fill and got to find a proposer and seconder... Any one fancy a pint?

The First quarter results are in for market trading arm, and not good, the worst quarter since I started trading in ernest. Down 12.5% really need to do better. At the moment just cannot predict the market.
