Phew summer has arrived...

Rights issues, don't come along that often, but this month 2 in 2 weeks..

First rights issue ITE.... 56p went live at 80p so happy with that, plus Barclays got decimal point wrong and priced at £8 rising to £9.50 so portfolio showed as £433,000 now thats good if only real.

Next SMDS £3.50 went live at £5.02 so also happy with that, plus Barclays again go decimal point wrong and priced at £50.02 so profit at £1500000 so even better.... All now sorted and prices correct, but account did look good for a while.....

Went on pilgrimage to Wells next the sea....

Love the place but has shrinking dunes, bring them back.

Ok now know what need to do before life end.... Buy place in Yorkshire, Pennistone, buy place in Wells next the sea, Oh and place in alcudia...… And a Aston Martin there sorted..... I think.... Just need a little extra from the Premium Bonds and the Lottery...….
