Its spring, its cherry blossom time. Back at work again, after my brush with cellulitis, still have odd coloured leg but considering what it did look like its ok. The body is an amazing thing in how it repairs. Its going to take time to heal, the skin is thin and wearing compression stocking but could have been worse.

I get re-elected as a Parish Councillor albeit un-contested, so and we are down in numbers just 12 should be 19. Seems most are happy to moan and groan on Facebook but to actually try and change thing, No.

Have a full year of holidays, breaks and now once again looking at returning to Alcudia in June. This month its a Potters break on the coast in Norfolk. If you haven't tried Potter's it's like Warner leisure but included in the price are all my beers and soft drinks plus the entertainment is just a little better, plus for me just a 2 hour journey. In past years have been to Alcudia twice a year, June and September but have dropped September in favour of more smaller breaks.

Update on Alcudia, not looking anymore have booked flights, yes I'm returning in June. Flights still reasonable prices, got our usual seats. Shame not the same for car hire, has doubled, roller skates then..

On our 2nd holiday of the year, at Potters on the Norfolk coast. First will see how long before get covid pinged, last holiday plus the last 2 meetings I've attend I have. We just have to live with it. Back to potters its all inclusive, so breakfast lunch dinner and evening snacks plus beer's on tap. Seems odd going to bar ordering and not paying! but I suppose I have. I like to think free, so a bargain then....

Day 1, just couple of hours drive and here in Sunny Norfolk, the office gets relocated. Do enjoy my portable office.

Day2, all inclusive means (well it does here) breakfast, bar open at 10:30, beer, eats at 12, few more beers, eats at 18:30, entertainment and then eats again at 11pm. Tuff life.

Day3, the entertainment here is very good, no weak spots and such a variety of music hall, west end theatre, music from the 60's 70's 80's 90's 00's to current date. Even the side shows are very good.

Ok all inclusive on this loved it, all meals above average in fact very good and the entertainment was west end.... Would I go again hmmmmmm have booked for November and next April but at a new location.

The blog continues

Colin
