December cold chilly wet....
Brexit at last has lift off. By 31st January will be out, although really that's just the start. As I have said don't know why some think Doom and gloom, the footsie 100 does not seem concerned. The footsie 250 which more reflects the medium sized company's also at a high... So what is the problem...
If you look at the EU its failing, Germany has issues, France the same, Italy not good and Spain well it cannot decide where to go.... The only ones to be making it are those that are in but out, Norway Sweden we will be the same....
I invest in a number of companies, a pharmaceutical which is looking forward to more from the US, why because the US pays the going rate for drugs no generic. Means more investment to develop new drugs now thats good isnt it.
Other companies are looking forward to the wider world, life isnt just EU more out there.
Another good Christmas but its over too soon, all that time spent, and then its over in a day. oh well still next year can do it all again....
Have a new drone a Mavic Mini. which is easy to fly, a good drone should be, just remember to set up home before you lift off otherwise it may be on its way back to china... Will upload videos to YouTube….
Not my best time of year dont enjoy wet and windy so not a good 3 months to look forward too. Roll on April.
As it's year end here is a roll back over the past year for me. Biggest thing was the garden which was at the start just just mountain of earth as the old one was completely uprooted, dug up and deposited in the centre... Then the rebuild which took 3 months. This year has been about letting letting all get settled in, all had been bit out of sync. This year going to add colour and not just led lighting. Did plant lots of bulbs so got those to look forward too.
Had a makeover on the kitchen with new worktops marble which makes the whole kitchen look like new.
Stair case was painted white again to get away from brown. Brown days are over.
The international trading arm continues to recover from a disastrous 2018, nothing I did was remotely correct. This year better, and looking forward to a good 2020.
Biggest gripe or gripes, shared posts with the theme "only my friends will repost this" and holiday counters, so all year only 1 or 2 weeks count. I say enjoy what you have, enjoy the today's, as one day the tomorrow's will not be coming.
One last thing happy new year to all, may your 2020 be as good as I hope mine will be.
Well that's it 2020 beckons. See you next year

Colin
