Its Christmas time. yes, its back again, mistletoe and wine, glad tidings and more. What will Santa bring this year?

The 2022 poppy appeal comes to a close with £14096 in the bank, almost happy with that, but want £15000 by October next year, never happy am I. But with some added duxford, have a total of £17500 which could still grow.

Went to the Thursford Christmas spectacular and wow, it was good. All things Christmas and more, totally Christmas and the light's, feel sorry for the guy that has to pack them away.

And this is just a glimpse of the lights outside that's a separate show, that didn't have time to look around....

Looking back on this year, not one of the best, in fact health wise one of the worse but could have worser. Inflicted with celluistus, eye problem even a cancer scare. Next year better please.

Always fascinated by posts on Facebook, a question is asked and it is answered, so why multiple others not read, and answer again. Stop wasting time, read the post.

Time to begin planning 2023 holidays will be back to Alcudia I believe so, but it's not the answer to life do like other places, just cannot afford all. Plus really do others really want to retire there. Away from family, away from support services, when you get older these things count.

Year end, what a year, health wise not good, first leg infection then eye problems hope 2023 is better. Does make you realise life is not an ever ending story. I do wish all would take this and make all count, life is given in a moment as it can be taken away, not sure when but as sure as it can be it will. So onto 2023 looking forward to spring, when nature does what we cannot, regrow, replace and bring a new world for all to see.

Hope to be back in Alcudia in 23, but for me it's not the answer to life, so enjoy the Uk and as you get older, do I really want the stress of traveling far when all is at hand nearer. I will let you answer that.

As always I enjoy being busy, still at work, still web siting and now producing video shorts. Head can still do, even if the body cannot. I wish all happiness goodwill and a bit of good fortune in the new year. Just don't wish your life away.
