First would like to say thanks to those that wished me happy birthday as my personal countdown clock reaches close to 70. Thanks again.

The big news is we are out at last. To all the Doom mongers what's the problem. No longer paying into a club and getting back far less than we put in. Ok this is just the beginning of a long process but I'm sure in the long run the UK will be better off out. Time will tell

It's a windy one as storm Ciara hits. A windy (very) and wet day bringing down trees, fences and walls, damage to roofs including a hangar at Duxford which closed the M11. Life is never dull. And after Ciara we have Denis more wind and rain..... It's a damp wet February.

I know I have a thing about countdown calendars but they do seem so end of life. As you get older the tomorrow's ahead no longer exceed the yesterday's. I suppose I've never been in the position that life is just one week on holiday, I've always well mostly savoured life and enjoyed my tomorrow's as they come, not counting an electronic counter.

The international trading continues to enjoy a post Brexit hiatus long may it continue. Last year was good seeing a rise of 37% but I'm still recovering from a not so good 2018 as I could do nothing right in both buying and selling. Update the markets have now reversed with the coronavirus causing uncertainty in the markets. Oh well once again they up they go down.

Now been a year since garden went from..

It's snowdrops and daffodils time with a few crocuses. Plan is for more colour this year in the garden but a good start a new beginning wish life was the same.

Life continues..
