Its July but unlike last year Hot Hot Hot, more Cool Cool Damp, but that's the British way.

BIG news I am retiring on August 30th, yes work shoes are to be hung up, no more night's. It had to be done sometime and after being offered voluntary redundancy couldn't really refuse. No more booking leave, just book and go, has to be the way, I suppose, but (always a but) seems to me have reached top run of the ladder no further to go but down. Do I want to retire No, but body tells me I should, its the one clock that's always clicking.

So going forward more last minute trip's Potters and Warner Leisure plus maybe 3 weeks in Alcudia and more hopefully. Got to spend the retirement somehow.

I will have plenty to do, Parish, Poppy Appeal Web sites etc, and the Garden and need to find new car, cannot have another Accord (new model) not available in the Uk.

Life is a journey, and just now its getting a bit time limited, so time to enjoy, remember yesterday, enjoy today and live for tomorrow. As I say Stop counting and enjoy.
