Its daffodils and snowdrops time to bring a little colour to an other wise cold damp Month. On the positive side have begun booking day coach trips for later in the year and have Lochs and Glens, yes back to Scotland month end. On the negative side its still Cold brrrrr.

As a member of the 1 Kidney club, I receive calls from the NHS checking on my well-being, asking if I have any issues, and reminding me to stay on top of my medications. Since I'm past 21 (getting older), I need to take care of myself and be prepared for when the clock strikes midnight. I wonder if they know something they're not sharing with me. Now, I'm afraid to sleep, worried the clock might strike midnight while I'm asleep.

The Rx8 has a new MOT need to use again in the past year only did 184 miles, so given it a polish so at least looks good on the driveway.

I will be visiting Lochs and Glens at the end of the month staying at the Highland Hotel on Loch Linnhe, is 467 miles from home. Some sunshine would be appreciated, as previous Scottish breaks have been damp with the last one resulting in an extra day stuck in the hotel due to.

Got a new HP printer, and it prints well when it's working. However, it keeps locking up, and I have to unplug it to restart. I chatted with HP, and they are going to replace it. It's an HP 6132e, amazing when working, high definition colour, it even does full duplex. I'm not sure how it prints on both sides of the paper without turning it over. Awaiting replacement, I did moan when I found out it was going to be a reconditioned one. Since this is less than 30 days old, I want a new one, so another call, another moan, and now I'm getting a new one. Oh, I do enjoy a moan.

I'm also attempting to organize some old shares I inherited from Mum and Dad when they passed away. This task is turning out to be quite difficult. I just want to sell them, as they aren't worth much, but I need probate death certificates and other documents. In the past, I updated the address and added myself as executor, and supposedly I must have sent the probate then, but it isn't documented... grrrrrr

Meanwhile the K6 telephone box gets a coat of grey undercoat. Still have a problematic top door hinge, cannot get 4 screws to let go.

Oh and at last the weather gets a tad warmer even some sunshine, maybe just maybe.... Spring....

As you get older, far beyond 21 you think more about those that have moved on and that that number is rapidly getting bigger and bigger. Life is not for ever...
