Well that's it holiday wise till next year, all done. Finished with a trip to the Trossachs, the weather held out, chilly but sunny, and oh so colourful, autumn colours just before the leaves fall.

Scotland is a wonderful place, the scenery is definitely a match for Yorkshire the only downside is the distance to get there.

And its got a number of whiskey distillery's so that's a plus. Had a tour of Blair Athol, which produces the mix for for of many of the well know makes. Interesting do see the process behind it all.

Been a good year for holiday's, even the weather has been kind to us. Although a bit on the hot side in Alcudia this year. June did prefer September when the heat was more comfortable, so could get out and about.

Still find Majorca a great place, some say it's changed from the old days, but isn't that life. We all move on, I think that's a good thing even if at times don't agree with it. I like new, and while on that subject wish the street would move on, it needs too, or it will die....

Tourism these days is more worldwide, not just UK, the abondance of UK themed bars is just not going too work. Other areas have over the past few years taken that step. Can picafort has become more trendy, modern bars appealing to a more worldwide tourist. And its completed this over the past few years. I want the street to survive, needs to appeal to the many not the few.

We now have an election, please a result not a hung parliament. Really need to move forward on Brexit, all parties need to embrace the fact that the vote was out, not keep moving the goal posts until the result they want is achieved. Such a waste of time and money.

Already have holiday's booked for next year, Weymouth, Alcudia in June and September and a river cruise in late August, but need more.

The garden is now well into autumn, planning for the winter is bringing in pansies, wallflowers, primrose's and cyclamens daffodils too... Going to have some winter colour.

Seems now have to be registered to fly my drone. Going to have to take a test, haven't done completed a test for years and I need to pass to fly. Should be fun. I passed and have a registration code of OP-QFQ2GHF. And an update have purchased the new Mavic mini drone, or rather pre-ordered it for delivery in early December.

Continues to be a good month for shares as they continue to rise so looking good but still have long way to go to recoup money lost least year. On the downside premium bonds have this month failed me, I didn't win....
