Summer over we did have a couple of days, maybe some late summer sun.

Been a year since left work and I still wish I hadn't. The meaning of days has gone its just another day and time seems to be faster. The todays just don't last then its yesterday and now my days till midnight seem to be diminishing.

My hospital appointment has been moved forward to the 9th Sept. Would normally now be looking to book next year's holidays but all is on hold. But have booked Lochs and Glens for March 7days, well it had to be done.

Update on 9th sept. Confirmed almost certainly a kidney cancer which have been advised best removed via keyhole surgery, sometime in the next 6 weeks. I now have a care team Dr and 4 nurses 24/7 plus have signed up for test treatments, these to take place before operation to see if can shrink cancer.

Meanwhile the poppy appeal planning begins, stock ordered now people planning. It's all go but may have to take the back seat at some time.

Last holiday of the year, Warner Leisure Gunton Hall. A place we have visited a number of time and stayed in driftwood 20 a chalet lakeside. Theatre program not as good as it has been but wouldn't put us off going again maybe next September.

Already looking and booking for 2025.
